This group offers a series of group themes designed to improve self-image, build confidence and self-esteem, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve social skills, and build on inner strengths.

 Guided Relaxation & Journaling

This group will teach meditation techniques and the healing art of journaling. Each session will have a theme for guided relaxation and journaling to improve sleep, and give you the skills to feel calm and focused.

Get Embodied!

Trauma can create a schism between body and mind, creating a feeling of fragmentation within. This group uses body movement, and dance to reunite the creative mind, and the dancing body in the joy of living and breathing! Movement in this group is body-mind centered, body weather lab, and much more!

You will learn to create a sense of ownership for the health of your body. This group explores the power of body image, and informs about eating disorders. Discover the connection between your eating habits and your mood!

Healing thru Storytelling and Film 

Kids will direct and build their own sets, and produce their own stop motion film using Claymation. This self-empowerment group promotes teamwork, improves social skills, and healthy expression of emotion thru art.
